Electrical problem HELP!!

OK- so my 2004 M3 has been sitting in my garage for about 2 weeks. I go to start it and its DEAD. I hook up the battery charger , some things work but it needs more juice to start. I go to put down the windows.... nothing... windshield wipers.. nothing... interior lights.... not working. I figure as soon as the car starts this will all be solved. I turn the car over, it starts, but most of my accessories are STILL not working. I checked all the fuses --- nothing--- please help!

Sometimes when the battery dies it can cause the computer a few error codes for certain accessories. I have same prob, Everytime batt dies my windows, dash lights and audio don't work. Have to drive down to mechanic or anyone that has a fault code reseter for BMW to clear the codes and all should be sweet. Failing that BMW service will have to have a look.
