E46 M3 Finally in the Family

Well, it's been a long time coming but an M3 finally landed itself in my driveway today, a 2001 Imola Red Convertible with Black Leather interior for a mere 24.5k, it's a friggin steal, and let me say it's everything I've ever dreamed of and more. Hallelujah

I assume you didn't buy this car in Maryland as everything's overpriced - especially M3s.

Actually, I was able to get a pretty good deal on it. Never get tired of driving this car. Agreed that Maryland's expensive....

figure about $58,000 US for a model with everything (e.g. SMG, nav system, back up warning, cold weather package, etc)

Nah we got it in Maryland, funny thing is it sat on the lot for 4 months, and they couldn't sell it. It was a trade in at a truck lot and they just couldn't sell it, probably the high miles and the fact that the people in the area just weren't interested.
