Brembo Gran Turismo Brake upgrades (e46 m3)

Brembo Gran Turismo Front and Rear Brake upgrades for the e46 m3. They squeak a shit load on my friends m3, i've heard that is it normal but i was wonderin if there were any solutions in to quieting it up a lil bit? It's kinda annoying with daily driving. thank you

The squeak is becasue of the pads -they are not up to temp yet. (Would require a lot of work to heat them up)

Run a less agressive pad.
