e46 M3 front bumper on an e36. opinions

well, i ran over a pylon at 90 mph and it cracked my front bumper (cheap fibreglass, that's what i get!! LOL) so now it's time for a new bumper and just wanted to get some opinions from you guys..

I really like the e46 m3 front bumper and how it looks on the e36. BUT sometimes I wonder if it'll look like I'm trying to make my e36 look like an e46. or if it would look like I'm saying, "I think the e46 looks dope, nicer than the e36, so i'm going to attempt to make my e36 look like it"??

just wondering what goes thru your heads when you see an e36 w/ the e46 m3 bumper on?

thanks!!

gabe.

i dunno, but to me it doesn't look right. The intake is huge compared to the E36 bumper...

Also, the E46 bumper has a soft organic (curved) look and the E36 body is rigid with hard character lines...they don't match, and frankly, they look stupid together.

I've had the same thoughts on using the E46 front bumper... so to stay more with the styling ques of the E36 I decided to stick with the E36 front and add the LTW splitter, in my opinion not much looks better on the E36.

The GTR-1 looks nice, however being fiberglass has anyone shattered theirs? Just curious....

I think that Mashaw bumper is awesome... so i gather no one likes the organic lines of the SMS/Zeemax kit??!?!? Not only does the e46ish bumper look good, it also has the larger airdam for better cooling.
