go to klangford.com and click gallaries. its got vid clips of every exaust for the e46 m3. imo the rasp is what makes e46 m3 unique. sounds like a f1 car taking off.

doesn't make any sense at all considering the muffler isn't what's causing the rasp it's your mid pipe, section 1 to be exact.

^^That sounds pretty sick Iseedipp. I just did the Ar-25 resonators, no more rasp, just engine and intake sounds, and I love it!

I've heard many people say, and I think its true, if a honda civic made the sounds that a stock M3 makes everyone would say it sounded like shit.

People just like it because it comes from an M3. If an M3 screamed "I love Catholic alter boys" at WOT throttle people would say how it was so amazing, and is a wonderful sound, and part of the soul of the M3.
