E46 328ci VS. E46 M3, Its all in the nerves

I raced a M3 this week. I saw him trying to get on the highway near my house but he got stuck at the light. Being the sportsman I am, I pulled over and waited for his ass. He knew what I was doing as he approached, lol. I pulled into the right lane and he blasted by me, sounded like he was doing about 6500 rpm. I was like hell no, no way to catch this guy but I gunned it anyway. He figured he had me but I pulled on him doing about 110. As soon as I looked over he started gassing it again. THE HIGHWAY WAS EMPTY. IT WAS LIKE THE SCENE WAS SETUP FOR US. As I approached speeds of 130 I started pullin away. I was shocked, I hit about 138 when I realized he was still going about 120. I left him but it was not a test of the cars, it was a test of the drivers. I mean, there is not much difference between 120 and 140 , safety wise.
After about 2 miles I slowed to 70 and waited for him. The guy was like 45 and I know his heart was beating a mile a minute. I smile, he waived then I took off again.
Point is that sometimes it is the drivers nerve that causes the loss and there is no way to truely compare cars untill they are at the track cause there is no way I should have been in front and I know this. My car isnt stock, but it isnt a //M

thats true i got a 325i stock. my friend just got his licence and till he gets his golf gti hes got his moms 2000 323 and hes like u wana race? i said not really my car might be able to beat his kuse bmw toned down the engines between 94 and 2000 i would race people on a track but i dont wana street race kuse if i got pulled over my parents would murder me. thats why i dont wana street race. if i payed lived on my own i sure as hell would but my parents would cancle insurence take my car and then ground me forever

I hit 130 the other week racing my brother on his R1...
I was scared....scared of the police that is...

He kept on pushing it though. I assume he was at about 150...
But hell, it is a speedbike....

Your next objective is "honda-gurl"...u know who i'm takin bout!!

fastest i've done is 145 in a lexus... wonder what it feels like to hit 200 .. of course i wouldnt want to hit 200 on any freeway i think the cops would beat the livin shizznit out of someone

The guy was 45,he was probably scared to go past 100 or something.I was playing around with a supra with a 50 year old driver in it and he wouldnt take it past 100.I would wave comon and he would shake his head but then we raced and i went past 100 but he dead it at 100.
