any1 know how to remove the headlight trim off E46 M3?

I'm planning to paint it to the bodycolor (phenix yellow). the labour to take it off is like $200 CAD, so if i can do it myself, I want to try and do it. Anyone have any instructions!?!!?

It's really easy to do. I have done it a few times already putting my angel eyes in and I was also thinking of doing the same thing. you can follow the same directions that are there for the eyes.
