E46 - M3 - Angel Eyes

what do you guys think about installing this product on the 2002 M3? Good or Bad? any comments are appreciated as purchase is coming in April (fingers crossed!)

car will be silver with black interior with no changed except for the bumper reflectors color coded.

mods to be done are 19" SSR staggered, Schnitzer front lip spoiler, Stage 2 Dinan suspension, Hamann frong air dam intakes, Dinan ECU chip (the one that comes with the stage 2 suspension) and possible rear spoiler - but I may just leave the small lip spoiler. I was also thinking about the diffuser for the rear bumper as well.

Any other comments or suggestions are appreciated!

It is a Straßentech (Strassentech) Front Spoiler. Web sould be up soon. You can all Kar Toyz in CA 510-979-1151 and ask for Chad. He has more info on the whole kit.
