Hey Lam. Long time no see indeed! Where have you been dude? You and little Kev have dissapeared for a while....

As far as changing the pads, you'll also now need to do the sensors, but thats pretty simple... Honestly, you are best off going to a shop to get it done, but if you want to do it yourself, its not that complicated.

I'm sure some of us should be able to come over and help you out with it. Just don't drive if possible without pads, as when the padware sensors come on, its goodbye charlie...

I would recommend EBC Green Stuff, they are excellent for normal street & mild track use. In addition they dont let go of a lot of dust and are not as harsh on the rotors. I run them myself and are very pleased. If you are not going to be heating your pads to high tempretures daily, which the EBC's will accomodate, they are IMO the best compromise between performance and street use

Thats weird, ive heard quite the opposite. Where abouts do you buy your pads from?
All of the Greenstuff users in Europe have only good things to say about them, however australians and americans who have used them seem to think they are trash... Then i was told we get different compound to Europe, my mechanic found this out after several complaints from track racers...
The Hawk HP plus give off way too much dust, but hey, thats the compromise you have to live with i guess!

Yes please, an E30 M3 will do just nice.

BMW pads are good, they give a good initial bite but do fade or will fade alot faster than green stuff or hawk pads.
I also found that they were VERY dusty ...... ahhhhhhhhhhhhh It drove me nutz after about 3 days and then i got the hawks put back in, still dusty but no where near as much.
As to what BMW use ive no idea, maybe Andreas could answer that for you.
