| Couple things wrong with my 330i HELP! In the past few days, there have been a couple of problems coming up with my '01 330i. 1. Whenever I turn the steering wheel I hear a grinding/knocking sound. I was thinking it could be low on power steering fluid. I can't even find where it is in the engine bay  2. Every once in a while my front-left blinker goes out. I take out the indicator lense and try to jiggle the bulb a little. I can't even get the bulb out with all my might, it seems like it's stuck in there. I tried the other front blinker and I couldn't get the bulb out either. Anyway, after jiggling it around for a second, I turn the car on again and all is fine.  3. This last one is kind of a thing I just have to get fixed but I wanted to know if anyone else has had this problem with their E46...My sunroof all of a sudden went mental. I tried to open it but the thing under the glass that you can slide up in and out (leave that one alone u perverts  ) got stuck where I couldnt reach it. It went all the way back instead of stopping by the little handle thing. I had to take pliers out pull it out.  I'm getting a little pissed with this car. I know I know, it's a car and its a machine and machines do have problems sometimes, but I'm an elitest and I just get aggrivated. Oh well, if you have any ideas on what the problems could be, please post and thoughts. Thanks guys! Tom

| 1. The power steering fluid reservoir is located right by the fan shroud on the right side (if you are looking at the engine). It has ATF markings on it and is next to the oil filter. The noise could also be a result of your front bushings being shot. I know on earlier E46's they would prematurely get worn out. 2. The bulb is removed by turning it to unlock it. There are two nubs that slide into a canal and get locked in so it can't fall out. It sounds as if the connection is not being completed fully. Simple fix would be to try to pry up the connectors a tiny bit so it's a tighter fit on the bulb. 3. A bit confused by this. The slide panel does completely slide out of sight and reach when you open the moonroof all the way. Or are you saying you were just trying to slide the panel open and it went all the way back?

| Yeah, for that it's best to just have your dealer fix it. Good luck with it. It's the first time I've ever heard of that happenning.
