Help, e36/e46 questions?

I need either a 95+e36, or an e46!!
I was thinking about getting an e46 salvaged from an insurance company, body damage ONLY and adding on m3 EVERYTHING, along with AC Schnitzer rear spoiler, bilstein pss9 suspension, and anything else. I need a car, totaled mine fairly recently and Ive decided only DTM. Any suggestions whether or not to do this? any suggestions where I can get a good deal on e46 salvaged?
I figure if i get a salvaged with body damage, i would be able to put on m3 front, fenders, CF hood, AC rear bumper, m3 exhaust, CF trunk, and it will STILL cost less than buying a 330 STOCK. Im also mainly looking at 330ci manual, and possibly e36 m3?
