She has the option of taking the car (42k msrp) or taking 35k in cash. Either way she'll have to pay taxes, but if it was me I'd go for the car, sell it 'as new' and the put down another 10k for an m3.

I have to agree with ben325is. Sell that 330i and you can get a loaded new M3 with a price difference equal to a base 4-cylinder Accord.

i've never won anything short of candy from hitting open a pinata. I've always had to buy my shit..pisses me off, especially when it gets jacked from me. Seems to happen a lot unfortunately
