E46 Euro 19's different?

Hey guys, i've been looking at pics online and it looks like the euro 19" wheels for the e46 m3 look like they have a pretty nice lip in the back, while the american 19's don't...

anyone help me out?

you can take a look at www.bekkers.com and see in their original rims section at the new euro m3 wheel. it looks like it has a lip and they even refer to it... any fact in this? euro owners?

if there is a lip, then i will invest in a set of rims as i really like the m3 style, but the lack of a lip on the 19's is a big turn off...
