E46 RSMs w/ Z3 reinforcements...possible??

I have to change my RSMs......so I'm going with the E46 convt. RSMs..........however, I'm thinking about doing the Z3 reinforcements along with it........is this possible??? If so, has anybody done it??? What do you think of it????
