God Most of those RX-7 owners are so stuck-up! They have no respect for ///M Power and think their RX-7s are the best cars on earth! I don't know if that story the guy told is true or not, but I can sure tell those Rex owners think that E46 M3s are nothing more than Honda Civic DXs!

Yeha thats no joke at all. My friend has a 3rd Gen. RX-7 with the R-1 package and we raced an e36 M3 and the RX-7 beat us by like at least 5 car lengths which is right about what a e46 M3 will do and the RX was stock. But you never know.

I just got lucky enough to finally race two of them 2 days ago and there were 2 separate races!!!! First Silver RX7 I beat. Then about 20 min later a red RX7 pulls up and we go on a rolling start. He beats me by less than a half car length.

Why is the M3 owner shifting at 6500? He's talking about the RX-7 having a jump with the 9000 rpm redline. He's got a 8000 redline!!

edit: Nevermind. I didn't finish reading it, and he said he's taking it easy on his car. woops.

Rx7's used to be my favorate cars until I saw them on our dyno, I was very unimpressed. I was also amazed by the SHITTY intercooler they have. We had one come in with quite a few mods come in and only put down 210hp???? I was like what?? and the torque sucked. We had another Rx7 come in with EVERY possible mod and put down 310 hp. What I was amazed by was the Supra, laid a fat 380hp at the wheels with stock turbos with a couple of mods. But I would still take one over a supra, i love the looks of the Rx7 and it handles awesome.
