My 330ci is also acting weird...

when i shut the engine, the interior lighting doesnt come on until i open the door... the display for the on board computer is staying on after i shut the engine for a few seconds also, along with the same beeping as if i leave my headlights on... any ideas?

It all sounds normal to me... that's how the car should act. Your accessories retain power until you open a door so the interior lights will stay off until you're ready to leave the vehicle.
