e46 fog light question...

Can someone tell me what I have to do to change my fog light. i drive an e46 323ci with hamman add-on kit. it looks like i have to take out the black plastic cover under neath the bumper...but the kit is screwed to that plastic cover. any help is appreciated.

oh, nothing is wrong with the bulb. i just want to change them to super white bulb.
