Type of Oil for E46

I cant remember if it was Mobil Synthetic 10W30 or 5W30...any help would be appreciated....

It's Mobil One Synthetic 5W30

E46s come with castrol, 7 qts.

Castrol is what BMW recomends. I use Castrol TWS 10W-60

I'm currently using Mobil 1 5W-30, but have considered trying Redline and Amsoil motor oils as well (as soon as I run out of Mobil 1).

I run AMSOIL Series 2000 0W30 for motor oil...

I run Red Line D4 ATF for transmission fluid, Red Line 75W90 gear oil for my differential, and I run Motul 600 for my brakes...

Castrol TWS is what the E46 M3s need. My friend told me that it's RS in Europe so thats why you probably never heard of TWS.
