E46 Coupe Steering Issues

I have a 2004 E46 330CI. The problem I'm having is! When on a worn road, where trucks have created indentations my car wants to follow the indentations. This sometimes depending on the depth of the tracks, is a handful. That is an understatement. On roads where there are no indentations the car goes straight. I have talked to the local BMW dealer and they say it is somewhat normal. I should also add, the car also has the sport and performance package (18" wheels).

Does anyone know where the problem could be?

From what you have said this sounds normal for a sport pack car on rutted roads. Although it be a pain, but normal. The only thing that might help is if you have to camber changed during an alignment, but still may not get the end result that you are looking for.
