Performance Chip!!! WHO HERE HAS ONE??

WHEN IT COMES TO PERFORMANCE CHIPS, WHICH BRAND IS THE WAY TO GO AND WHAT WOULD BE THE ROUND OFF ESTIMATE?

AND OR IS ANY BRAND IS THE SAME AS A NAMED BRAND PERFORMANCE CHIP?

HOW MUCH HP AM I LOOKING AT?

you can alway get your ecu flashed instead. its probably cheaper than a chip. i did it on a volvo 850 and you really notice the gains. went from 222 hp to about 270 all stock just a k&n filter.

$400 for a stage two tune. best if you have a cold air intake and high flow exhuast. then you really notice the tune.

no one in this section runs a chip.

these cars are OBDII

you will need some software.. there are several options including a pricey one from Dinan.

i got a 2000 328i i bought a x3 hyper performance chip from bmwpartsandwheels .com i spoke to tech by name of Sam. He encourage me to by the chip it cost 200 bucks,i got it and gives you like 20 more horses the rpm goes up a lot faster.

ay man im also lookin to tune my 323i 00'...hope you find wat ur lookin for...i have found proghrammers...does any one know if you can program a standard chip...or are they for performance chips
