| well i can give you an idea on where to start but as for spesific info i can't garuntee that. a. Start by drianing the coolant. b. Remove the top portion of the airbox and all the tubing make sure to unplug the maf sensor and when you remove them just set them where they won't get damaged. c. remove intake manifold and all it's connectors. d. unplug all connectors from it's components and set aside out of the way. e. remove exhaust manifold. f. unplug and remove coils from motor g. remove valve cover. h. allign crank on TDC (Top Dead Center)there is a mark on pulley and crank case. *note make sure that #1 piston is at TDC (aka all the way at the top). #1 piston is the first one beside the timing chain. i. remove timing chain and timing gear from cams j. remove cams. k. remove head bolts starting from center and working your way out to the sides. l. remove head. m. set head on clean cloth or carboard to prevent damage. n. turn head upside down and make sure that all valves are closed and with spark plugs in fill head with brake cleaner to check for bad valves if that's the problem. o. clean and remove old gasket from block and clean underside of head with a gasket scraper. p. install new head gasket and follow reverse procedure to install. this is not an accurate description but it should help you out some.
