weird rubbing noise

I have this weird rubbing noise coming from the car left wheel it sounds like for the life of me I can't find the problem I had the entire front end checked and they can't find problem could it be coming from else where? My mech thinks it might be tires which are being replaced next week when they come in but I just don't think that's it anyone have any ideas?

If a tire were rubbing, there would be a shiny spot where it is rubbing.
I presume you can spin the wheel when you jack it up and there is no noise?
Wheel bearing has no play?
Caliper is tight?

I don't see any shiny spots, The tires are almost bald that's a fact, Waiting for tires in the mail, but in any case for the life of me can't find where this sound is coming form as I said, Wheel bearing good, the front end was Completely checked out, and the mech could not find ANYTHING at all to be no good except for the tires.

the sound is only heard while making a Hard right turn slowly and up hill, as if pulling into a spot it's very hard to get the car to actually make the noise but it's there. I am changing the tires monday hopefully that solves the problem.
