UUC Exhaust? will it fit on my 99, 323is??

Does anyone out there know anything about UUC Exhaust kits? does anyone have one on there 323is already??? i need some advice should i get this: System•U - Twin Silencer Exhaust for '99-'00 E46 328/323 - ROUND tips - TSE3 from UUC, it looks like a sure fit but i can't afford to buy this and not have it work out. it has the two mid-sections so its not a 2 to 1 at the cats which from my experience two mids are good to have for more power. thanks
