exhaust?

I am in the market for an exhaust soon and was wondering if anyone had any suggestion for who to look at. I want a cat back for now with the option to upgrade headers and cat down the road. A company that can offer all of those components would be nice, but it's not needed. I've seen many mufflers. but not too many full cat backs. Any direction would help as I am still pretty new to this whole Bimmer thing.

Check out = UUC Motorwerks * Ultimate Performance Fine-Tuning They carry a exhaust system for the e46, I heard it person and it sounds sick.

I currently have Active Autowerke - BMW Performance, M3 Performance Tuner, BMW Supercharger, BMW Turbo, BMW M3 Turbo, BMW M3 Supercharger exhaust, It's OK, but I wish I got the UUC back then.
