My power steering went out much like another thread in this section. The power steering pump has failed and i need a new one. I've looked all over and can't find one! any help is appriciated. thanks!

There were apparently a couple of different pumps used in 2000.

Autohaus Arizona has a rebuilt LUK LF-20 pump if that is the one your car uses ($300). They need the BMW part number off your pump to be sure what you have.

Zygmunt has aftermarket ZF brand replacements for both the LUK LF-20 ($350) and the LUK LF-30 ($390)
