| Need more Power on my M52B22 Hi ppl I just bought a M54B22 BMW E46 320i 2.2 Coupe. i wanna know what i have to do to get some more power, im not looking for turbo or something like that. thinking about, Exhoust systems and on and on

| One of the more noticeable improvements you could make for your vehicle is to put a more aggressive gear ratio in it. Do you happen to know what the stock gearing is? Intake, exhaust, and programming (chip) typically will not provide a huge improvement over stock. The associated sound will make you think you're going faster, but on BMW's as I'm sure you know the factory did a great job already.

| Like James said, these certain modifications will be very minor gains. The best bang for a buck modification would be a performance LSD. Some of the BMW tuners such as Turner Motorsport or Korman Autoworks does offer custom LSD but these are U.S. companies which we recommend you locating a local tuner. Alpina, AC Schnitzer, and G-Power is located in Germany and may offer this type of modification. |

| i heard if u put a intake from a M50B25 and put in a M52B25 or in a M52B28 it will gain some power will it do the same in a M54B22?
