Removal of Final Stage Resistor (Blower Motor Resistor)

Hello,

on E46Fanatics I found a lot of info on the romoval of the FSR. The info is however on the left hand drive.
I could not find any info on removal of it on Australian cars, which is right hand drive like in England.
It is for a 325i 2003 model.

If anyone has done it or knows a link to how to do it I would appreciate it greatly.
