Couple Questions! Headlights, Fog lights and temp sensor

Alright, i had some work done on my 99 e46 328i about a year ago... My fog lights and outside temp sensor just stoped working. I found a wire that was a. not covered or b. the tape came off, well i think it shorted out my CCFL lights im kinda pissed they did a crappy job. now my fogs and temp sensor are not getting any power.....

I cant seem to find a fuse box, or any thing to reset the circuts...

Anyone have any ideas?
