Short throw shifter question E46 323i

I want to get a short throw shifter, sway bars, and an air intake system, for my E46 323i . Does any body know of any quality parts to use, ive only ever modified japanese imports. This is my first euro, so im not sure who makes good euro parts. I've seen two short throw shifters so far. one is the UUC MOTORWERKS that retails for around $300.00 the other is from B&M and I cant find a price. Has any one had any experience with these products or any others? could also use suspension help ie, brand, quality etc.

go to turner motorsports or bmpdesign.com, the B&M one is what I use and I llike it alot, it was around $200. also ground control sways and a cai from turner is key, also try irelandengineering.net

great!! thanks for the reply. i've found and ordered my cai from turner, its the conforti system with the itg foam filter. i've heard some great reviews. i keep hearing about the shark injector. is it like the jet tuning system for american cars?
