value of 2000 E46 323i?

hey guys, just talked to a lady today who might be getting rid of a 2000 323i with a 5 speed within the next year. car currently has 92k on the clock and runs fine, however she mentioned about a random misfire. also at those mileage what seems to wear out on these cars? she is pretty meticulous about it however she had a kid in the back seat :-( but the interior wasnt in bad shape. it was sienna red with a tan interior with wood trim. looked pretty good, seats were kinda hard but no rips. what do you think guys? also how reliable are these things? i have a 1990 325i now and it runs pretty well, never let me down for the past 3 years i had it. also how DIY friendly are these cars and are parts prices killers? also i noticed while test driving it the left blinker(s) flash faster than right so the bulbs are out. needs a foglight bulb and upon hard accel i feel a vibration from under the car. im assuiming the center bearing and guibo is on its way out. she also mentioned a tranny seal is starting to leak so im assuimng a rear output seal is in the works. i dindt look under it but perhaps it destroyed the guibo. the brakes are pretty amazing on those cars. very touchy. i hated the shifter and clutch though. dont those have the clutch delay valve u can remove? also the shifter blows. the one in my E30 feels better. but overall its a nice car owned by a lady. she metnioned she really cares about it. so when time comes to sell what should i offer her?

i dont know how good your negociating skills are but you could prolly convince em for 8500

well like i said it already needs a few things. output shaft seal on tranny os leaking a little too she said. also trade in value is only $9900.
