Anyone here have a blown (supercharged) E46 323ci?

I have a few questions for you before I get a supercharger.

1. How much faster are you (i know the average hp gains but really,
how fast...)?
2. Any other engine or tranny mods you need before supercharging?
3. Step or Man. tranny ( i have step) ?
4. Would you recommend it?
5. Which SC did you go with?

Any other feedback would be much appreciated. I really love my car but want more ponies from my engine without having to trade my car in for a 330 or E36 M3.

I believe DonDon, has a SC on his E46 328ci, his is also step, you might wanna PM him.

I heard that ESS is an awesome supercharger. Go to www.esstuning.com You will find everything you need there. You'll need like 6 G's. You do not need any other mod to your car, everything is included with the supercharger.
