Sedan Vs Coupe

Hey, i was wondering what majority of people would prefer more, a 2dr or a 4dr because im planning on trading my 323i for a 323ci instead but i don't know if im making the right decision.

I'll tell you what I tell everyone for a question such as this: 2D vs. 4D is strictly a personal preference and a reflection of what you use your car for. I use my car more as an actual car than a BMW. I prefer to give my passengers the luxury of their own door, and that's just how I feel.

Basically, examine your requirements and see if a 2D or 4D fits your needs better.

Kneb is spot on. depends what you use the car for. I have the 323Ci and i use it as my everyday car. I usually dont take more than one passanger and Im very particular with the cleanliness and condition of my car. 2 Door is annoying when shuving people in the back. have to get out, then fold the seat forward and i HATE it when the passangers then get the seat and slam it back into place GRRRR The doors are HUGE compared to the sedan which is a problem if you park in a parallel carpark, geting out from me is a nightmare (got long legs) lol. but then again, i LURV the look of the coupe although the insurance kills me. Seriously dude - if you base your decision of whether to buy a 2door or 4door on what other people like then your doing something wrong....

2D if only 2 people ride in the car.... 4D if 3 or more ride.... I love my Ci But if I have two other poeple ride it gets small FAST...

especially on e36 and e46!

u really don't have the option to choose the # of doors anywhere else by the 3er
