Tell me what you think, The only things I have done to it so far are a raptor shift light in the airconditioner vent (raptorperformance.com) And an AEM cold air intake.

Did You think about "lowering" your car? It would look much better.

I would lower it 1st then engine mods because it is already a very sharp looking car...

I don't know about lowering it. I don't plan on doing anything but preformance. It's going to be the local sleeper

Well if you dont want it to be lowered just do engine mods because it already looks great...

Oh definately. I love the way it looks. I have already got the AEM air intake and what not. Where is a good place to buy OEM parts? from what I understand those are what's going for the BMW right now. I am going to need a new clutch soon, so therefore why not go ahead and get a high preformance clutch and flywheel? I think while I'm at it I'm going to shoot for some underdrive pulleys... I would buy an exhaust right now but $1,500 isn't in my budget at the moment.

Yeah. I just got on e46fanatics.com and found out how to make a clutch stop. I would really like to take the CDV out but I don't think that's something I can do myself, I'm extra good at screwing things up when I try to do them myself, so I'm going to make things simple and just do a clutch stop, for now.
