E46 with H&R's

I already have a set of H&R's waiting to put on in the summer, but I have heard the ride is horrible if you keep the stock springs... anyone have the H&R's installed that can give me their opinion? If I need springs would you go with Konis?

you mean if the ride quality is horrible if you keep stock shocks?
well i have H&R springs on my car with stock sports package shocks...the ride quality is fine

I thought you need to replace the shocks soon or later, like around 33000 KM.
