The first one is Breyton widebody kit. 2nd one is easier to get ... Hamann side skirts,OEM M-tech front and Hamann Mtech spoiler.

If you look at the direction the wind is blowing the trees, it's actually driving towards the hurricane :P

The 2nd picture is from a performance magazine, its the first modded Asian BMW ever to be featured. Yes that is the Mtech front, Hamann front competition splitter, with Hamann Sides, and Mtech Rear. Its mad nice...I don't have the link about the car, but its ownage...
