If I remember right the 330 ZHP only had 10 more hp than the stock 330, putting it at like 235 crank hp. The new 330 will have 258 hp stock and a 6 speed manual.

the new 330i (06') will have 255hp. it depends on what you are looking for. I think w/ the longer body on the 06', it looks like poo. on the other hand the e46 will become outdated. I'm partial to the e46, i have the 330i pp & love it!
