Make Lightning DDE Storbe Lights?

Hey guys,
What would I have to attach to my DDE Lightning Halos to make the blink like Strobe Lights? I think this would be an awsome feature and could be donee fairly easily. Please let me know what all would be involved in this and could I pick up this type of relay at Radioshack or something. THanx
