328, or 330 CI?

Hi all,
Currently I own a E36 325 Coupe, have much fun with that car, but i think it's already time to buy a newer version like the E46.
Now What's the difference between the 328 and the 330 actually?
Is it possible to do some nice upgrades with the E46 like a complete spoiler sets, LED taillights etc etc?

u can do anything on the E46. if u want led tails get the '04 because the swap to do led tails runs around 800 bucks. there are many add on spoilers and full bumper replacements for the e46. www.renn-sport.net for more info, they have awesome service. get the 330ci. it costs more, but youll get it back in resale so youre not losing that much more than buying the 328.

Huge difference between a 328 and a 330.

The 328 is nice, don't get me wrong. But no one will ever compare it to an E36 M3.

The 330 on the other hand is easily comparable to an E36 M3.

Oh, and I've beaten E36 M3's with my car.
