You can Modify anything you want as long as you have the cash to do it, Engine, Tranny, Body, Suspension, Chip etc.

It does tend to be more expensive, imho. But as the old cliche goes, you get what you pay for. A modded BMW is worth well more than a Honda/Acura with 10-15k in mods. Keep in mind I'm not speaking of NSX's and S2K type rides.. but I still prefer the BMW over those two anyway.

But i know overtime the E46 will get faster but we still have to see that. And ouh yeah by the way I LOVE E46'S so don't get your shit twisted, i'am just saying it will cost way too much to get it to run 11's or 12's. And with the money of buying an E46 you can get a twin turbo E36 for the same price. But you dont get the tight ass styling and look of an E46.
