Updating nose piece on 95 M3 to 97+, need help...

I am picking up the new nose piece from the body shop this afternoon and have the new kidney grills at home. Can someone who's done this tell me sort of whats involved, tips or about how long it would take to do, thanks.

It's kind of an intuitive job eveything just pops into place.

remove headlights or anything else like that? I know I'll have to remove trim over the radiator and anything else attaching to panel but I should be able to figure it out, thanks.

you don't have to but, removing the headlights might make it easier to maneuver things around.
