m3 mirror questions

Someone wrecked my passenger side mirror and scratched the passenger side glass panel last friday so I figured it would be a good time to pick up some ///m mirrors. Here's the good part... I got my local $tealer to quote me 1208 to fix the problem (new mirror and glass) In reality I can pick up TWO mirrors for about $450 and have them painted for a few hundred and the glass piece costs $100...so I'm hoping to walk away from this with a bit of money in my pocket

Here's the question... I'm anal and I want to get the real thing m mirrors and I know bekkers has the imitation ones and the real ones...

Ok this is what I did.....I went to the dealer and bought 2 original mirrors for $225 each. Glass for each costs like $60-70(depending on if you get the heated glass or not)....then I dropped them off at the body shop to paint ($100)and installed them myself...(super easy install) and you still would have money in your pocket and the security of knowing u got the real thing.
