That day was a bitchy day because a lunatic rammed into my bro's car so hard that the frame is damaged, B-Pillar needs to be cut off and replaced ... the total estimated cost is $29,000

It's hard to see a nice, shiny E46 M3 with a shitload of damage on it. Does the person who hit your brother's car pay for every last cent? If so, then I assume you haven't nothing to worry about. Bloody hell, $29,000 can buy another BMW.

he was allright, the side and top airbag were deployed, but his friend who was sitting behind was injured because he didn't use seatbelt, he had all the glass scratching his face.

Damn, that sucks. Take it to another shop that will give a really high estimate on the damage, maybe then the insurance will total it

oh yah.. and the medical cost for him and his friend are $14,000..
my bro basically needed to be checked up for broken bones but he was fine...while his friend was not fine and can't move so much for 1 week.

Shit, sorry to hear about his friend. Glad your bro's ok, good call SF, it didn't even cross my mind at first....

I find it highly bizarre that with 14k in medical and 30k in car repairs, plus devaluation, plus possible further work, etc. etc. - they don't find it economical to at least find him a good used m3...
