Difference between 325 and m3 flex disc???

What is the difference between 325 and M3 flex disc?? is it just the extra holes in it? is the bolt pattern for the trans and drivshaft the same? i'm putting a m3 trans in my 325 and i'm not sure if i'll need a new flex disc.

If you are running the M3 tranny, I would use the M3 guibo as well.
