You guys just dont get it. Its so damn simple. I run all day long with no clutch fan. I can sit and my car wont go over 1/2 mark. You guys want to know the secret? Its a special part from a BMW.

Its a secret I llearned from Mike EVO III. You change your temp switch to the one from a 318is 91. AS a extra I use BMW Blue coolant red Line WW and lots of water in the Rad.

You aux fan will switch on sooner!!

thanks maybe I'll ditch that fan then.
The only thing I worry about is why did BMW put it there if it's not needed then??It's there for a reason,no ??

Does EVOIIIM3 not have one as well?

Ya! I visit this guy alot and I saw he had no fan so I asked him and he showed me the way as I am to you.My temp switch was in the bottom of the rad so I had to move it to the black thermo stat housing took out one plug and replaced it in the bottom of the rad.It works better there. My car is a early M3 so things are a little different. AS yours is probly the new style.

BMW take an other fan into the M3 only for the US market, because in the south of amerika it is hot the complett year. But I think in canada is the same temperature as in germany, in the winter cold and in the summer warm or hot. So you can take the electrik fan in your car rob.
