| does anyone have the wiring diagram of the 1997 m3 stereo? What color is for what? also, the antenna is a different plug to my aftermarket stereo. is there an adapter for it or do i have to cut, splice my own. |

| Sorry no wiring diagram... I need one too! My new head unit fires up real nice but there is absolutely no audio!! What gives? This is the second head unit that I have tried. I have a Scosche wiring hearness and an running the new Alpine 7878. As far as the antenna adapter, yeah they make one. It was like $16 today when I picked mine up. Almost any car audio store should have them. |

| Got it going! I got the new Alpine head unit working. All I can say is this head unit TOTALLY KICKS ASS! I can't beleive just how big of an improvement a head unit alone makes. I had planned on getting new speakers and a new amp, but now I am very happy and I doubt I will even get new speakers. |
