It looks like it was only offered in '97

Saw a 97' 328i in this color. It doesn't really look conventional. I guess it makes a good camoflauge to hide the expensiveness of the BMW.

Mind you, green ain't a ugly color. See it for yourself.

IMO, worst is white. Like someone on the board said, makes the car look like a big kitchen appliance.

I feel the green is sharp too........course it has nothing to do w/being Irish.

dude, green isnt that bad actually, in the light it looks nice, i think i dun like green just cuz whenver i think of green i think of tan interior and imo tan makes me sick, no offense baby

green looks nice but id still rather have a shitload of other colors before it

Green is the bomb...you never see it, unlike Estoril Blue or Avus Blue, which is very common.

True but admittedly, EB does have a point when it has that tan/non modena brownish color - it really does make the overall presence, well.....let's just say not the best for complementing that wonderful green; drags down the package you know?

But, IMO, outside of a black and modena, no other combo looks better than the CSL(?) - the Euro version that has the green and black interior w/the CF inserts - that is bad to the bone .

Oh sorry.

I was just making a statement to Estroil Blue that green is NOT an ugly color.

I personally have nothing against any color on E36s, as long as BMW made them. I am just a bit fed up with people bashing on green cars.

If green were so bad, then BMW wouldn't have made so many of them and so many people wouldn't have bought them. IMHO.

I have a 92' and the green paint held up really well. I'd like to see Estroil Blue's car in 2008' and see how he ride looks by then.
