| 4 bolt to 6 bolt diff swap Hey guys im lookin at gettin a 3.91 LSD 4 bolt diff for the M, but if im not mistaken my car is a 6 bolt. ive read al over that you can just replace the input/output shafts on the diff to make it work. What i havent read is a diy, what is involved with this swap, or how hard it is. i searched around on google but i keep finding the swap for the whole diff, not the input/output shafts. any help?

| You're correct, the 95's are a 6bolt flange. Instead of going through all of the trouble, why not just change the drive shaft to a 4bolt ? Unless you are going to put down north of 400hp or do clutch dumps like its your job, it should hold up.

| thats wat i wanted to do. how hard is it to swap the flange on the diff? im assuming you have to change the whole input shaft? which would require cracking open the diff? thx for the help!!
