| I'd go overkill on the cooling system first. Zionsville radiator Stewart Waterpump New thermostat and housing new hoses all around euro oil cooler for the block then do suspension upgrades, and finally, the power upgrades. You should uh, get some hyperblack Apex ARC-8 wheels, they look really good on your car.... ![]() Last edited by Roland H : 08-18-2009 at 01:40 PM. |

38-42lb/hr injectors RMS (or other such water/air aftercooler) Appropriate tuning: dinan doesnt make a tune for this so your best bet will be going to someone who can do custom OBD1 tuning: Nick G on bfc. 3.38 s/c pulley 6in crank pulley that should get you to about 11-12psi i wouldn't go MUCH further without a head gasket change or better head studs. but like roland said....all of the things he mentioned should be done first before you attempt any of this. |

| i would go one step further and say that even with 8lbs of boost the car will still not be a rocket. i would perform needed maintenance, cooling system upgrades and just enjoy the car. the dinan kit is designed to be pretty reliable. upping the boost will make the car less reliable and make an already fragile S50 even more fragile. if you want the car to be quick, do the diff. just my .02

| good point. i forgot about that. the 95's have a diff ratio of 3.15. if you upgrade to the 3.38 (out of any E36 automatic) it gives a substantial bump in performance. i am running the same dinan supercharger kit with the 3.38 and its no rocket but its healthy. but the diff does help. |

| Hey thanks for the replies, yea i figured uping my cooling would factor quite a bit, but yea, on my yellow car i had a 3.91 rear diff it had short top end but crazy excelleration, with the mods i had on it. Although i do have an m3 block in the garage with a upgraded crank bore and pistons, with an mls head gasket, and arp studs. i would like to upgrade the boost to 11psi or higher someday, but for now maybe just looking to do a 8-9psi upgrade, i already have bilstien suspension all around turner motorsport tie rods, sway bar, and rear subframe upgrade. Im also looking at an esquiss wide body kit, and different rims. But i guess it is going to be quite the project to accomplish everything. Last edited by 325ispeed : 08-27-2009 at 10:31 AM. |

| I'm not ruining the m3 it is perfectly fine to put aftermarket bbs rims on a car, im not really the person who wants to keep the whole car stock, and plus it was just a thought, those esquiss kits are 3100 dollars, not to mention paint and labor, and i know i could do a lot more to my car with 3100 than put that kit on there. But you have to respect some of the people who have done the kit such as Jon Sibal, and Ryan Castro. In all honesty you guys have pretty much talked me out of this car, like i said more a turbo fan the supercharger fan, so now i guess my question is, go for this car, by my own stock and turbo it, or by a euro 3.2? |

| Yea i really like the s50b32 i think it has just what i'm looking for, my only worries are how easy are the parts to get, or can we stick us parts on if anything goes wrong, i have found left hand drive models, but mostly right hand drive, lol do we allow right hand drive vehicles in the us? But yea i mean just dropping in some easy mods can get you from 321hp to almost 400hp as apposed to a supercharged us car, but yea i would really like to drive the real m, and i think it's the car i want, but yea just worried about fixes?? |
