Installing a rear diffuser

Any tips on installing one of these. Its carbon coated fibreglass and the locater tabs are broken. It also seems a bit uncurved to what it should be so some pressure and good strength adhesive will have to be used.
Is the rear bar hard to remove?
Any suggestions?

Im not too sure about the diffuser, a picture would help.

Well I have an M3 now....but it's a bit slow and boring after a couple of weeks...hehe. I'm tryin to pretty it up so I still like it.

A bit hard to remove due to rust but not a big deal.
