LTW wheels are a hard item to find. You can purchase them through a dealer.. 500 a piece. Which wheels do you currently have on your car ? Im a big fan of contours... only disadvantage to those is the weight.

i have the double spoke ones, which seems like the most popular. just need to get them cleaned up, and one might need to be repainted. heh but at 500 a pop looks like the lightweight rims are out of the question for now

OR I think the top wheels are called DS wheels.. and im pretty certain the bottom wheels are called DS II's. I dont have first hand knowledge but i think both of these are known to bend easily. Anyone else have info ?

| i have a set of the top ones. they stayed on my car (a 95) and arent bent and have been through some shit. personally i like them better than the ds2. i still have em as spare with bald ass tires for fuckin around lol

Yea the top ones or DS I's or whatever came only on the 95's i believe.

Cracks are bad, really bad... get it fixed or a new one ASAP.

Neel, you were correct. DSIs & DSIIs, respectively... DSIs were standard on the 95s, DSIIs were standard on 96+. Both are the softer than Contours & LTWs; they are also the heaviest of the wheels offered for the E36 M3. & +1 on the crack!!! Crack is bad. wait... ![]()
